What does a RE/MAX Sales Associate do?

Our Sales Associates are an essential part of the process

Finding potential customers: since each associate is in business for themselves they develop a client bank and market themselves to gain new clients not only looking to sell property but looking to buy.

Finding prospective properties: marketing themselves to potential sellers, to demonstrate our commitment to our clients and ongoing support for our vendors. Identifying location hot spots and meeting the people of these communities to develop more listings.

Marketing of properties: defining and executing the marketing plans for each property, utilizing the tools that we have to offer ensuring that the property is available from other RE/MAX outlets exposing the property to more potential buyers.

Customer Management: ensuring consistent and ongoing information sharing with our buyers and sellers. One of the biggest complaints in this industry is that clients never hear from their Estate Agent. With RE/MAX we make sure that we are in regular contact with all our clients.

Qualification of the interested parties and support in finding the financial solution: working 'smarter not harder' and providing better service to our sellers. We look to establish a client's ability to proceed before taking them to view properties: this will ensure that a buyer does not go for a property that they cannot possibly complete on.
